This page will walk you through the process and what you can expect when working with us.

STEP 1: Discovery Call

Every project starts with a complimentary 15 minute video call where we will ask a series of questions to learn more about your project and if we're a good fit to provide the best solution for your needs.

STEP 2: Project Proposal

We will research the information gathered from the discovery call and put a proposal together that outlines the scope of the project, establish a timeline and a ballpark estimate. To get a general idea of pricing, here's what to expect:
TYPICAL PRICES (AVERAGE)
Builtins: $9,000 - $12,000 (8x10 wall)
Mudrooms: $4,000 - $6,000
Dining Tables: $800-$1000 per linear foot
Coffee Tables: $4,500-$6,500

STEP 3: Design Phase

Once the proposal is accepted, we collect a deposit that covers the time needed to create a 3D rendering of your design. Depending on the complexity of the project, this fee is typically between $800-$1,200 and you own the design. The design fee covers up to 2 revisions and any additional changes beyond that are billed at $75/hr. If you choose to use our services, that design fee gets applied to the total cost of the project.

STEP 4: Contract and Deposit

After the design is approved, a firm quote will be established and submitted for approval. Both parties sign a simple contract and we collect a 60% deposit which allows us to buy materials and offset production costs.

STEP 5: Your Vision Comes to Life

We document every build and you can watch your vision come to life as we share a behind the scenes look at the process on our social media channels. Follow along on Instagram and/or Facebook.

STEP 6: Finishing and 2nd Deposit

To ensure the upmost quality, all of our builds are sent to a dedicated finishing shop. Because there are more costs incurred at this stage, we collect a 25% deposit to cover this step of the process.

STEP 7: Install and Final Payment

We will schedule a date that works best for you and will expertly install your built-in or furniture order. The final 15% of the balance is collected after everything is complete and you are satisfied with the end result.

If you experience a failure in something we've made under normal use, we will fix or replace it for free.
